- We respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for cancelation or rescheduling of any experience.
- Reservations will be confirmed 2 business days in advance, giving an opportunity to reschedule without penalty.
- All reservations will be reserved with a credit card on file
- "No-Show" reservations will be charged 100% of the reserved experience amount.
